I visited the Palmerton office and I found all the staff to pleasant and profession from the time I checked in until I was seen by the PA. The nurse who checked my vital signs was competent and friendly. The PA who attended to me was very professional and competent. I was explained the procedure to be used and what to expect during the process and during my home care. I was seen on time and I was very pleased with my medical treatment. I had a very good experience overall.

The owner, Stuart, is a gentleman and took the time and care to discuss my particular hearing loss. I was originally pretty scared about getting a hearing aid, and it took me about a decade for my wife to get me into the office. Yet, it was very comfortabel, and Stuart went out of his way to work with me and on price. He was MUCH less expensive than Kingston hearing aid guy and a heck of a lot friendlier.
