This was my first visit to this office since it has changed from Pollard Hearing. Casey Alligood gave me a very in depth hearing test with their new technology. Excellent measurements. Casey explained everything in detail and took her time. I appreciate that. My hearing aids were reprogrammed and updated and really sound good. Looking forward to future visits. The staff at this office has always very nice!

Sam, the owner, came down specially to help my friend out! We were traveling thru by boat when his ear buds fell off his hearing aids - Dec. 26 at 4:45 pm and Sam met us at the store.
