Hearing Aid

My father had some really bad hearing that was difficult for our family to deal with. Travis at puretone took really good care of him and now he can hear like when he did when he was much younger and we love it!

I love the free service at Zounds. Went in for an adjustment and I was hearing better in a few minutes. Recommend!

Perfect place to be

My sister got hearing aids here. She liked the service, etc. This first set didn't work out for her, she tried second set. She didn't like then either. She got her money back. They told her if she wanted to try again, that would be okay, but not returnable. She can be difficult.

They were very helpful

My husband, Paul, received his new hearing aids from Atkins Hearing Center yesterday morning, Friday, 8/17/2018. He hears remarkably well with them. He loves them! So, of course, I love them, too! (Long time of repeating, you know...) Paul received hearing aids that were controlled by his smart phone. He takes them off at night and just drops them into their cradle, where they charge overnight - then are ready to go for another 24 hours the next day! That's electric and uses a USB port. Just a bit of VERY important information... Dr. Matt gave us a wonderful deal on the price! We were extremely happy, and very surprised! He really seems to not only take care of your hearing needs, but also wants to give you a good deal. We talked with him about why he did this... He just wants to help as many people as he can. I am a very satisfied customer of Ted at Sound Hearing Group. I had trouble hearing conversations and television programs for a long time. After he tested and fit me with the new hearing aids it has really helped. I understand conversations better and enjoy watching programs on TV now. I did not know what a difference these newer hearing aids could make. He knows his business and is very patient to program them to my specific needs.
