Doctor Oyler has gone above and beyond customer service for me since I got my hearing aids in 2009. I have had 4 other hearing aids but service was not the quality you receive at his office. It is just like meeting a family member when he greets you. I have damaged my hearing aids and he worked me in the same day and got me back up and running When I go for my scheduled checkups and have minor things (like torn seal gaskets, he repairs them but don't charge. Might be minor in his eyes but it is a great blessing to me THANK YOU DOCTOR MARK OYLER AND STAFF FOR ALLOWING ME TO BE PRODUCTIVE WITH GREAT SERVICE AND A GREAT RECOMMENDED HEARING AID SET

I have been working with this hearing aid facility now for a while. And I have to say I'm very impressed with what services they provide. Honest and upfront, and friendly. If there are any problems they work with you, and they try to find Solutions so that you can hear again. Remember there really are no miracles for hearing loss, but they certainly make it very close to being just that. Recommended for anyone who needs assistance especially with hearing aid Technologies.

Hot coffee, free service checks for my iPhone hearing aids, and a friendly smile always improves my day. I would recommend these folks to anyone who appreciates professional service, every time.

Great team of specialists. They take time to accurately test your hearing and explain your options. Now that I have my hearing aids from Sam’s Club, I stop by now & then to have them change out parts and retest my hearing annually and make adjustments based on changes in my hearing. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
