My experience with Beltone has been a great one! From the first call working with the receptionist, Renee, and having my hearing tested by Blake Pennington, the hearing specialist, they have been not only very professional but also treated me as if I were the only customer they had. Mr. Pennington was so helpful and made sure that I got the correct hearing aids. When I went back to have them adjusted, he took his time to make sure that I was comfortable with the adjustments he made. Went for a repair of a hearing aide obtained elsewhere was surprised at the pleasant service and that we were not charged. Returned to Beltone to have an ear mold made due to distance and length of time until care could be provided by regular service providers. Service and cost were well worth it!

Always friendly staff and quick appointments made. I was surprised they remembered us from last year. They have some very cool testing equipment. Love being able to actually see inside the ear!
