I brought my elderly father. He was very nervous to say the least as he has had multiple bad experiences at other hearing aid places. What a great experience..everything was very easy. Easy parking, easy testing, alot to choose from, there were some very inexpensive hearing aids too. The audiologist knows her stuff too..she said she's been in business 20 years..that made us feel good. My dad picked up the hearing aids about a month ago and it has been life changing!! I highly recommend this place!! No pressure and alot of help fixing pops problems and meeting all of his demands. Thank you Lori!!

If i could give them 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough. The service i received was exceptional to say the least. Eric is very thorough and complete making sure you leave with the best hearing results possible. The office staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I brought my 100-year-old mother-in-law to Costco because she had lost one of her Miracle Ear hearings aids. She hadn't been tht satisfied with them, and I was happy with my previous experience purchasing hearing aids at Costco. Technician Teri took care of us, and she did an excellent job, explaining everything so that Mary understood. When Mary heard that she could get a pair of hearing aids for $1,600, she went ahead and ordered them. In addition to the visit to pick up the hearing aids, we've been back two times for further adjustments, and Teri provided excellent service. She addressed Mary's issues, once again explaining as she went, and by the time we left, Mary was satisfied. She does very little complaining about these hearings aids, compared to the previous pair, and I can tell that she is hearing better. I've recommended this place to several friends--it's nice to be able to share positive outcomes.

Today 12/26/2022 I brought my broken hearing aid into the Costco Cypress,CA hearing aid center. When I called earlier I was given an appointment one hour later at 11 am and by 11:30am the lady at the front desk had repaired the broken aid and cleaned the good aid. To have this rapid repair on the day after Christmas (very busy shopping day) was very impressive. I wanted to call attention to this professional support. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but I hope this review gets to her and her supervisor. I have nothing but good words for the service provided by this Cypress CA hearing aid center.

Great service. They do a thorough examination and determine the right hearing aid accordingly. Cheaper than some of the other companies and they don't make you buy a whole hearing aid every 5 years telling you that the life span of a hearing aid is 5 years. They follow up and make sure that the device is the perfect fit for you and perfect for your needs.

Do not see Marcy. She's rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and condescending. She questions and is skeptical about your own experiences and frustrations with hearing loss. You are forced to be your own advocate for hearing aids, even after the test results validate what you have told her. She also is a horrible listener and boastful about her own self and success of being a hearing doctor outside of Costco. Horrible customer service and would not recommend her to anyone.

Good service and the hearing instruments specialist is very patient and knowledgeable.

This place was recommended by my insurance company and I'm very happy they did. The personnel there is great and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure on sales.
