Great Staff @ the Parker Location...

I feel cheated. $75 for filters and 1 tube. Way overpriced. I won't be back. They didn't even have hearing aid batteries for my hearing aid. Had I'd known that they were going to charge me so much I wouldn't have gone there.

These people are the worst, called for an appointment, spoke to a really rude girl who didn't listen to anything I said, then she gave me directions to a store that is no longer in business. I guess they changed locations and didn't tell her. This Miracle Ear is only here when they want to sell someone something and are never there for service or cleanings. Irregular hours/days and irregular providers. BEWARE! I was told this was a corporate store, if that's true they should give up. Again BEWARE!

I have been trying to get my hearing aids adjusted to the right settings and have been a little off.

They dont do hearing tests for kids but their sign says FAMILY.

Dr. Lee and her staff have always been completely professional to me. Appointment times are always met and Dr. Lee always listens when you tell her about your experiences with your hearing aids. She is very experienced at making adjustments and fine tuning hearing aids. This is a very well run hearing aid business.

Dr Kovel was very attentive and personable, I felt quite welcome and at ease.

I highly recommend this location. Mary Joyce is the best audiologist that I have seen in the many years of my dealings with this Beltone office. She is professional, knowlegable and honest. Oh yes, I love my Beltone hearing aids.

My mother-in-law, who is now 98, purchased her hearing aides here and periodically sees Richard for an adjustment when he comes to Salida. He couldn't be kinder and more patient. We are so grateful.
