Great for surgery. As a doctor not so much. The office does not follow up. I have yet to receive a call back after I went out of my way to explain my coverage on hearing aids. It's been 8 months now and still nothing.

I went to Ortiz Eye and Hearing after my dog scratched my eye. I was very worried, with how irritated it became. They found a way to fit me in the same day I called. I walked into one of the cleanest and nicest establishments I have ever been in. Very warm and welcoming. All the staff was in clean white dr. scrubs. They were very nice and compassionate. Very little paperwork, I was seen by the Doctor in minutes. After a couple quick exams, He diagnosed the extent of my injury and gave me what I needed. I was in and out, in about 30 minutes total, and that included the doctor listening to my stories. A very pleasant visit. I would recommend Ortiz Eye and Hearing to anyone and everyone I come across. Thank you to the whole team.

I have been going to North Suburban Hearing in Niles for over 15 years. They are friendly, very helpful, and speak to me in such a way that I can easily understand exactly what is happening with my hearing aid. In other words, they don't talk like snooty people, but rather like pleasant people who really want you to have the best hearing service possible. They're terrific. (When I got into a jam recently with my aid on a trip, they swooped in and were able to fix the problem and had it sent back to me the next day!)
