My experience has been fabulous! The testing was efficient and the results explained to me thoroughly. My hearing aids were programmed and fitted, and the care procedures explained clearly and thoroughly. Connect Hearing deserves five stars.

Took my dad for new hearing aids. He has dementia so I told them upfront that he might not understand somethings they would ask him to do. He understood fine and they were so nice and patient with him. I told them I didn't want anything fancy and I wanted something that couldn't be changed if he scratched his head or took them out. They were able to fix them so they had only 1 setting and no volume adjustment. They didn't try to sell us something that dad wouldn't be able to use. PERFECT customer service!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Hoover and his team.

My husband and I both had appointments back to back. We were seen expeditiously and treated with respect. It was a very pleasant experience from checking in with Tammy and moving right along to being tested and evaluated by Dr. Bentley Orr. It seemed that the test was thorough and gave a good picture of our hearing issues. My husband had a slight hearing loss and was eligible to try out a hearing device in the office. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or any uncomfortable feeling. We appreciated the attention we were given and would recommend Connect Hearing to anyone. It was not necessary for us to be referred by another doctor. We received our evaluations as members of the Indiana retired teachers Association. But I am certain the process would be simple under any circumstance. Thank you to the clinic for all the help we received from you!
