I have been very pleased with the professionalism and abilities of the staff at Reierson's Miracle Ear. The hearing aids I have purchased there have enhanced my hearing ability considerably. Checking and cleaning of the aids is done regularly and promptly for no charge. I would recommend Reierson's to anyone needing help with their hearing.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Melissa Baker for making herself available on an Emergency basis over this past Labor Day weekend. I have a close friend who was scheduled to be inducted into the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Arnold's Park Iowa on Labor Day weekend, and on Friday night, while in Spirit Lake, he dropped and damaged his hearing aid. Calls were made all over the Spirit Lake area with no returned calls on that holiday weekend. Multiple searches for Emergency Services were performed in the Sioux Falls area, and one message was returned.... by Melissa Baker. I provided contact information to Ray Roth, of the Band FESTIVAL. Ray was in a position where he couldn't carry on a conversation, Play his guitar, or sing, with only hours before festivities were to begin. We were able to get Ray over to see Melissa in Sioux Falls, and she was able to assist him with what is now a "back-up" hearing aid. Without Melissa making herself available in this situation, this once in a lifetime opportunity of being inducted into the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame would not have been the joyful occasion it turned out to be. The exceptional service, kindness and generosity of Melissa Baker made this possible, and for that we Thank You.
