Hearing Aid

Few things in life are as frustrating as hearing loss. But you don't have to live with it anymore. We got my 94 year old grandmother a hearing aid from Sound Decision and it has changed all of our lives. For a long time I would just speak louder but as her hearing decreased it turned to screams and then after a while she had to be looking at you to read your lips. So most of the time she would feel like she was not part of the conversation. But after she got her new hearing aids that all changed. She is now part of our conversations and does not feel like we are yelling at her or that she has to turn the TV all the way up just to try and keep up with the news. I got a hearing test in our “quiet” kitchen and aids programmed and delivered within days. I’ve been wearing hearing aids most of my life. The technology today is unbelievable. He even let me wear them first before buying. If this were an infomercial, I’d say “Make the call now!” I don’t normally write reviews, but John earned it.

I went to him had a sinuses infection sent me for x-ray and then a CT scan when back to see him he told me that I had a sinuses infection and he gave me a nasal spray no antibiotic because I am a smoker left there went to IRMC the doctor looked at me and put me on antibiotic for 20 days Dr Bankaci refused to treat me because I smoker will NOT ever go back I am going to a new doctor wating for my records to be transferred

I have visited the Elkins Beltone office numerous times. Mary and Regina are always very helpful in assisting me and I am always greeting with a friendly smile! I am an elderly man and without them, I would not be able to keep my hearing aids working. I am always welcomed with cheerfulness and great servicing of my aids. I have even be able to get Caption Calling installed! Great service!

All of the doctors my mother and I have seen have provided wonderful, professional service and helped resolve any issues we have with our hearing aids. We are both very pleased with the level of care we get.

I went to 2 hearing specialist and a neurologist for tinnitus and one of my doctors said check his place accuquest that so I did nobody could heal my tinnitus $10,000 in bills $300 in co-payments and they couldn't do nothing for me but I went to accuquest for a half hour and they fixed my tinnitus unbelievable but it worked it's like a miracle and I had that tinnitus for over three years

I previously wore hearing aids for a few years but was unhappy with both the aids and the lack of interest in my care by the audiologist. What a difference when I went to Central Park Hearing Aid Center. Kim took time to discuss my hearing aid choices and allowed me to try my choice for a week before buying. There was no pressure from her to buy more expensive aids. She assured me I could come back any time if I had a problem.
