What kind of idiot makes an appointment on a day that they are closed? My 91 year old grandmother who depends on a walker to get around was left in the hallway with nowhere to sit to the point of almost collapsing.

My father purchased hearing aids from this location and they never worked properly. Loss claim was made and got new pairs without issue but had to send in for repairs and they claimed they were the original lost pairs and wouldn’t return. $2,800 lost. Never dealing with them again. Stay far away!

Staff is very nice. Always answer questions

Great guy running the show!. Got moms ears back up and running in no time

Great service

I visited Ascent Audiology and Hearing today for my routine six month visit. It is one Doctor appointment that I look forward to keeping. I have been a patient of Dr. Kuster for several years and find him to be very caring, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his friendly staff.

Always great service...

Dianne Hewitt is the consummate professional and helped me through my Hearing aid tests and purchase with a charm & friendliness that made the whole procedure pleasant. Thanks, Dianne.

i had a good experience at LI've Better Hearing. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly I felt That the doctor was very thorough in the examination and very informative. I left there with my concerns answered and understanding more about my ear health. Debbie

You will not find a more considerate person than Ms Engle. She knows what she's doing and doesn't speak down to you. I recommend without reservation.
