After many years struggling with hearing loss and difficulty finding solutions that were right for me, I turned to Beltone New England and Mark Zarrella. Adapting to life with hearing aids after so many years without them can be alternately liberating and frustrating yet Mark ensured a smooth transition. He has been a constant source of support since then as well. The devices themselves allow me to communicate effectively at home, at work, and in social situations. In addition to my hearing devices I have also used other Beltone assistive devices which allow me to hear with more clarity in large meetings. Mark is very knowledgeable and always available either by phone or in his office for questions I may need addressed. He has also cared enough to take the extra steps to screen my three children annually. It is with complete confidence that I recommend our friend Mark Zarrella and Beltone New England!

I had a very good experience at Hearing Care Center in Sharon (at Cobb's Corner). The office is professional and friendly. Kim Marie made me feel welcome. I had all my questions answered and felt very taken care of. The audiologists (Dr. Milner and Judy) are experienced and know their stuff, both hearing testing and hearing aids.

I have been with Dr Mario from the start of my hearing loss and he has helped me improved my hearing each year. I first had only one aid and then two and then I got Tinnitus from meds I need to take. He has a wonderful solution to program hearing aids and it took the tinnitus away it was amazing. I am very happy with my Hearing Specialist.

Less waiting time

This company and particularly the Newton, Mass branch is a model of outstanding customer service. They, particularly the team of Dr. Mirandra and Rachelle, are proactive and extremely responsive to problems and requests for information or help.
