Updated this review because the audiology services were great! The audiologist was awesome and was great with kids. My son was very comfortable and the hearing test was super easy and "fun" for him. The audiologist was very patient and explained things as she went along.
My original review was for MOSA ENT, which was not good experience. See below...
MOSA ENT: This is a separate office across the hall from audiology services at St. Joseph. My consultation for my son was not thorough. The doctor seemed irritated by my questions. She seemed only interested in scheduling ear tube surgery and moving on with her day. She spent 5 minutes with us after waiting nearly an hour for our 8:30am appointment. My son never got the surgery. I took him for a second opinion and now his ears are fine after conservative treatment first.
