Service was outstanding! Chad will work carefully to explain everything until you understand exactly about your hearing loss as well as your hearing aids. We learned more about my hearing aids (that were purchased through another dealer) than the company that sold them to me! Never did we feel rushed, incompetent, or pressured to upgrade to his product. I will go back to him for future purchase and help any time. He is amazing & highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Rick and his staff for many, many years now. I believe I am wearing my 4th set of hearing aids through Miracle Ear, due to my advanced hearing loss. Each set has gotten better and better, with all the advanced technology that has been installed into them. With Bluetooth technology, there isn’t a reason not to be able to hear on phones or any other devices. My latest set has all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend people to visit Rick and his friendly staff. They are very caring and understanding of your disability, and offer a professional and fun atmosphere. Give them a try. Their great!

Free hearing test , knowledgeable technical

Sounds like Katie paid her friends for reviews. The place sucked, was never open and now it's closed for good. Here I sit with a broken hearing aid. I need a suggestion of a GOOD place to go.
