We have picked up batteries and asked questions at both the Brigham and Logan locations. Samantha and Derrick are both new but very accommodating and willing to do whatever they can to get it right.

Lisa and Doug have exceptional people skills. I havent been in in about 9 months. Doug remembered every little idiocincrasy i have. Including a longer tube on my aid with a lock preventing it from coming out. I would recommend my hearing center to everyone

I've always been deaf in my left ear and have had difficulty hearing in my right ear in recent years, so I began wearing a hearing aid in my good ear. I went to see Jesse Western and he now has me wearing a bi-cross meaning I wear a hearing aid in my deaf ear and it is wirelessly connected to the hearing aid in my right ear, so now anyone can acctually whisper in my deaf ear and I can hear it in my good ear! No more lip reading and asking ppl to repeat themselves when they are speaking to me on my wrong side! Jesse is absolutely awesome!!! I can't thank you enough for your expertise and professionalism!

Drove from Salt Lake to take my old disabled father here to get a hearing screening. Waited in the dusty dirty waiting room for over 30 minutes. When we finally saw the doctor he was very short with us and had little to no bedside manner, didn’t answer our questions and had no people skills whatsoever. Including asking if I was my father’s wife?! When it came to a small misunderstanding he shut down and rushed us out of his office instead of explaining his upset. My daughter is also deaf and we’ve seen several audiologist and have never been treated this way. I will never take my daughter there or recommend this place to anyone in the community. Save your time and money for someone who is more professional and actually cares.
