I have been here since 1983 for my hearing impairment. I was born with it . They give good prices on hearing aids and the service there is outstanding

I called to cancel an appointment for my husband that was set up for him through the Veterans Administration. The receptionist was rude while explaining that I needed to call LHI, not their office. I requested the LHI number and was informed that she didn’t know it off the top of her head. She begrudgingly said that she could put me on hold and look for it. I certainly hope our veterans aren’t treated this disrespectfully everywhere when they seek medical attention.
