Hearing Aid

I have always raved about Stephen Kirsch to anyone who has a hearing problem on how he has helped me through the years. However, this has been a banner year! I lost most of my hearing to a medication that I was allergic to. And through pain staking research and patience he has been able to recover 50% of my hearing. It has made a new life for me! God bless him!

The receptionist was the opposite of receptive. My first impression was that she didn't want customers. She was very disagreeable. The facility was clean but it has a cheap feel. only thing I liked about my experience was the clinician, Michelle. It turned out that Michelle was filling in for someone and normally works in Huntington Beach. I will not go back.

I have new wearing the hearing aides. It's taking a little time to get used to but I can see a difference. I can see good progress.

I have been a client for five years through two sets of hearing aids. Keith is amazing, very knowledgeable, and available for help whenever I need it or whenever I decide that I want to change the settings on my hearing aids and discuss that with him. Chris is always there, I can just walk in without an appointment and he is able to take care of most of my issues.

He told me he'd received 1/2 what he had from insurance. Tried to get significantly more from me. When called on it, he refuses to answer calls or is nasty. Never got my hearing aids from his office

The staff, Kevin and Delena, are wonderful. Both of them go out of their way to ensure the patient, me, is treated with care and respect. I can't say enough about how great they are and the service I get.

Upstate hearing has made wearing my hearing A joy. The fit and settings are just perfect. They are always very courteous and pleasant to deal with.

I went to Upstate Hearing a few weeks ago for the first time. They were very professional and very informative about the type of hearing aid that I needed. Some of the new hearings aids that the audiologist tried on me are remarkable. ( Bluetooth technology). I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

This place is fun to visit.

The Practitioner Peter and front staff Bianca were great made the experience very pleasant. They were both friendly and knowledgable. Definitely recommend.

I had such a good experience going to this center for my hearing test. The front desk staff were friendly, the man that did my hearing test was so kind and shared all the details with me so I could understand. I really recommend this hearing center!

Three months ago, I took my mom to this place to have her hearing aid made. My mom does not understand any English. The staff here are very helpful and patient, especially the Audiologist Matt Michaels, who helped to make my mom's ear mold very comfortable. Compared with wearing old hearing aid she made 5 years ago, My mom said now she can hear me much better, so I don't have to shout at her anymore. Also when she is walking in the street, the noise from cars is much lower, because the new hearing aid can selectively amplify the voice of talking instead of the background noise.
