Great entertainment

Speedy service and very reasonable prices! Had a composite stick repaired and one lengthened, both are as good as new, maybe even better. Owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. We will be back and will recommend this service to all of our friends!

We were regular customers of this Play it Again Sports until recently. We have four kids in sports year round, we have never had a problem until now. We bought 3 new bats since little league changed its rules recently. One of the bats warped, this is very common. We brought the bat in asking for a replacement, the two younger kids working laughed and said well what did you do to it. Well nothing obviously. They asked for a receipt which we do not have. They said they have a 15 day only return policy. We told them the date we bought it and a reference to the $400 plus dollars we spent that day on online banking then did a quick search and showed them that the bat has a 1 year warranty. They laughed some more and said sorry man without a receipt we can’t help you. So now I’m super irritated and my kid needs a bat for the game that evening. I went down to Adrenaline Source For Sports to buy my kid another bat. What a great place! The sales agent there tells me that the same bat that I had bought from Play it Again Sports they happen to sell it too. They do not recommend it as it has been warping and so far they have had 5 returned. So we bought a different bat. As for the other bat we are dealing with the manufacture directly hoping they will be of assistance. As they all have serial numbers so they are tracked. So we have learned go somewhere reputable where they actually care about their customers and back the products they sell. *****Response to the owner- I talked with your manager 3 weeks ago left my name and number then again two weeks ago. He assured that you would contact me. I haven’t heard from you. I believe 3 weeks is enough time for you to contact me. Thankfully Rawlings Canada came through for us and shipped out a bat today. It was a phone call and an email, now that is customer service. They told us that we shouldn’t of had any issue at your store as this happens from time to time. They are standing behind their product. We shouldn’t have to write a negative review in order to hear from you.

decent areana i wish they built them like this in calgary

Friendly and helpful but slow and inefficient customer service...

Simon was the most helpful sales rep I have ever encountered in my life. He helped me with all my shopping needs and helped me find a new pair of shoes in a very efficient yet thorough manner. People should follow his lead; as he seems like a natural leader amongst other workers.

World class, world famous winter sports facilities right in Calgary. They have programs from learning how to ski and skate all the way to Olympic level training (provided by Olympic coaches) and everything in between.

Nice building, great facility overall.

Good school, lots of hot guys 🔥🔥

It would be Great if they could either cut or put a door through where the TKs have to go over to get to their "Office" I ended up falling going over the wall. Walking In the Ice, well I fell on the Ice at another Arena to get to the other side. So no, that is Not an option.

AWSOME!!!!!! best store ever
