Excellent service

Noura built us a beautiful house. They were able to incorporate many features we wanted that made the house suit our lifestyle.

Nice homes

Drew from TOTL Building & Design did an amazing job installing a new floor in my office as well as pulling out a previously installed built-in desk from one room and installing it in my new home office. He communicated exactly what needed to be done, was right on time when coming to my home, and did it in far less time than he originally said. I would fully recommend Drew and the crew at TOTL Building & Design to anyone wanting quality work done on their home, for an extremely fair price!

Great place to live so far but eventually will have hundreds of houses here. HOA rules are a bit much but Trestle Property Management has been non existent and doesn't return emails or calls or tell you if your proposed landscaping plans are approved or not. The builder has been good about fixing problems in the house so far. The start up costs to live here are pretty high since you need to get a fence up and landscape the backyards in 6 months of moving in. My backyard was a rock garden. That's my only complaint with the builder....unless you pay them to landscape the backyard they won't do anything to get it landscape ready for you. Lots of debris left, nails, wood scraping....churn and move on to the next
