We've had two amazing projects done in the past 12 months, both designed & built by Amsted Design Build. Our gorgeous new kitchen, recently nominated as an Ottawa Design Award finalist and more recently our beautiful front porch!! We cannot begin to express how amazing Amsted was to work with and the end results show their amazing quality & attention to detail! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

I built a barn home with Dale Lehmer in 2015 and he did a phenomenal job. The local building inspector commented that construction quality was so far above the quality that was required. I would have him build me another one any time, anyplace. Any other comments or negative reviews are false and the people have no idea what they are talking about. Any wanting to see my home is welcome to check the quality out.

We built our home with BK in 2014 and it turned out beautifully. We constantly have people stop to ask who our builder was when we are outside. I think overall its always a stressful experience to spend so much money on something you can't see before its done! With any new build home there will be unforeseen issues that come up throughout the process and BK was always fair and eager to make it right. Ben and Chris were great to work with, especially when I had some very specific design choices they wen't sure about, or when I came up with something to add on during the process! They met our tight deadline and were flexible so we could get in our home on the same day we closed our old home. Our process was pretty smooth overall and in the end there were very few outstanding items. Now, 4 years later, there are a few things that we wish we would have done a little differently, but its hard to think of everything before you move in. If you are looking to build a custom home without having to be your own general contractor, BK is the right choice for you!
