Home Builder

Thank you for building our HOME!!!🏠🏠🏠🏠 The owner(Amrit) help us through the whole process and it meets all our expectation and needs.

Crooks, thieves, and scoundrels. Anita & Darrell SHAME ON YOU both!! How can you live with yourselves stealing from people who entrust you. You have ruined lives with your lies. I hope it catches up with you and you spend your life in misery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH IT... FOREVER !!!

The company makes a lot of money to spend on luxury vacations and trips but does not pay trades for their work by finding several excuses. Makes a lot of promises but never fulfills them. Oftentimes leaves the burden to homeowners for unfinished works in the house left undone. They have lawyers in their family that protect them that is why they are confident they could get away with any trouble. They recently changed their company name to start a new disguise. Do not trust.

What a great idea and a beautiful home! Feels very large and price is very cheap!

Nice condos with facilities for senior citizens.

ATTN: Small Businesses Should Avoid Smedvik Construction After repeatedly being lied to, ignored, disrespected and generally jerked around, I am writing this to highly recommend that anyone who cares at all about supporting small business avoid Smedvik Construction (this may sound counter-intuitive, but please read on). As a start-up graphic designer, I take great pride in my work and also go above and beyond for my clients whenever possible. I designed two logos and 3 different business cards (for both this company and his wife's company) for a VERY reasonable price to which they immediately agreed. I completed the designs to the specifications in a timely manner and received glowing feedback afterwards. I have yet to see a penny. These designs were finalized over 4 months ago. For the first month and a half I was ignored, and for the rest of this period of time I have been lied to directly and repeatedly. This review should serve as a warning to any small business owners who are considering some type of work with Smedvik Construction. I am posting a review here before I make a formal complaint to the Selkirk BBB about both companies in order to protect other small businesses. This entire experience has been appalling. Small businesses should stick together, not doublecross each other.

As a sub-contractor for Swanson Homes, I work with them regularly. They provide excellent service with great attention to detail.

Thank you Brendl Anderson Homes for a great home. I truly enjoyed meeting and working with everyone who was involved with the process. Awesome job thank you so much. Jeffrey Rock
