Home Builder

Great Homes friendly staff

Brand new community

Hey Qualico! Thanks for sponsoring the Cafe Series at Festival Place. One of my favourite things :).

Bought my first home with Jayman. The entire experience was incredible and I would highly recommend Jayman to everyone looking to build a home. I never felt pressured to purchase with them and they took the time to go over all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything before purchasing. The style magic where you pick out your home details was so much fun and they really help make sure everything you pick will look nice together. My superintendent was incredible and made sure I knew what was going on with construction and went above and beyond for me and my home. He really made the whole experience comfortable because I knew he cared that my house turned out great. Like anything, there were a few hiccups but they were taken care of immediately! I have only been in my house for one month and there really are no issues besides a few minor fixes that service will take care of at my 2 month follow up. Overall I would give Jayman a 10/10 and will definitely use them in the future if I build a house again.

A professionally built show home very well organised home and valuable supportive staff

Quality builder with modern ideas

Professional and easy to deal with. Their build prices are reasonable for a very high quality final product. They strive to source supplies and products from as local as possible - there wasn't much of our house, if anything, that wasn't made in Canada. The contractors they hire are generally very good. If anything goes wrong, Broder will set it straight in a timely manner. We're extremely happy to have had Jonathan and his team build our highly customized dream home. We feel like the experience would have been far less personal with with one of the huge builders and far more stressful had we ended up with some sketchy builder (we've heard some bad horror stories over the years about how bad builders can be). I hope this company thrives and I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking to build.

I have had the pleasure of working closely in the industry with Colbray Homes and can say they are an exceptional company. The level of customer service they give their clients is second to none! They are knowledgeable, respectful of clients and trades and build a very high quality home. Integrity, honesty, innovative, hard working, friendly, excellent, experienced, quality workmanship, are just a few words I would use to describe what you can expect working with their team. Chris Wallace and The Colbray Homes team will not disappoint. Truly the best in the industry!
