Bought my home from them, when we bought it the land across the road was zoned for a school and a park. I specifically asked them if there would ever be houses on that land. I was told no they will turn it into a park. 1 year ago CASSAVIA got the zoning changed to build homes on it... Not just homes though, they are building townhouses!
So glad you got the sale Stu! Disgusted about this and that they would lie just to get a sale.

Awful company. From the site supers, to the site reps, all the way up to the top (Desi Auciello), this company lacks any semblance of integrity. I had many small issues with my home, and several major issues (missing insulation, major leak in the master bedroom). The only way to spur the company into action was to file suit against them.
Feel free to visit the Cachet development at Barbertown in Mississauga, and anyone on the street will be happy to vent their horror stories. Stay away ... far away.
