Home Builder

I am one of there builders and they are big on quality over quickness

I cannot express my dissatisfaction with AKASH. Their sales staff were great, but once I took possession it went free falling. Tons of issues. They obviously cost less because they get the cheapest contractors. I have a duplex in Keswick Landing. My neighbor who is attached to me and I have the most disgusting flaking and spalling on our driveways that we didn’t see until February when the snow finally melted a bit. But AKASH blew us off cause we were a couple months out of warranty. How were we supposed to see this damage? And it’s only getting worse. The whole driveway needs to be ripped out and re-done. They can tell me it’s de-icer all they want, I barely used any. Same with my neighbour. There was a problem with the concrete or the work done and they are not standing by their work at all. I strongly recommend finding a better builder than these cheap corner cutters.

We had Alair homes come into to finish off our kitchen renovation, he was the only one that was willing to take on the job that I felt 100% comfortable with. They knew I had a bad experience with my last renovation and kept me constantly updated on the progress and what everything was going to cost. I would HAPPILY recommend Alair to ANYONE looking to do a reno big or small.

The Homes by Sherbilt team was amazing to work with, always held a high standard of professionalism. This was our first build and had a multitude of questions, Darell and Nathan walked us through all of our questions and gave us adequate time to make decisions. The attention to detail and punctuality was outstanding from all the trades, the site was always left neat and tidy. I would recommend Homes By Sherbilt to anyone looking for a team who is thoroughly invested in the client and the end result. Karen & Murray Kemp

Love these homes .Beautifully made and a good price

Layout of the house is almost thesame as to compare to any detached garage. The exterior looks good. Go check out some house models at jayman and brookfield.
