Home Builder

I have visited their Stewart Greens show home at west Edmonton location

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Evelina. Professional, efficient and friendly. We will highly recommend to build a home with Evelina.

In 2015, we hired Buildmora Construction Services for the development of my basement, and as result of the excellent job done, in 2016 we again hired Builmora for our kitchen renovation. Both jobs done nicely, on time and on budget. Thanks a lot to Site Supervisor Kent and Company President's Luis, both exceed our expectations. Seeing you guys expanding your business, I will certainly hire Edmonton Custom Home Builders for my next Project. Wait for my call !! Tony & Marrie

You will not regret buying your home from Western Living Homes. The quality of the homes are absolute top notch and their customer service is exceptional. Even a year and a half after we have purchased our home, they are still going above and beyond to help us. Being in the customer service industry most of my life, I can honestly say that you don’t get this kind of service these days, it’s very rare. This homebuilder is not lacking one bit. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

We bought a brand new house located at Forest Height in Beaumont. As new buyers ,we were very grateful for the excellent service we received. They are very professional and reliable company. This company will provide you a great house with good upgrades for a descent price. We would strongly recommend them. Thanks again.

It's a nice quiet area of Beaumont.

Caliber Master Builders went above and beyond to make our dream of becoming a home owner come true. I guarantee no one else could have made it happen. Alan was always available to answer any questions and always opened doors when one shut. Even after we felt like giving up he kept finding another way to make it happen. My husband and I went from being renters with hardly any down payment to owning a beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. We still feel like we are living a dream. Thank you Caliber Master builder's for making that possible for our family. God bless, The Mazekulua's

The current warranty service manager in Coloniale is terrible to deal with. He’s unprofessional, rude and refuses to help. Mattamy homes are beautiful but terrible customer service from warranty.

Enjoyed visiting the Lilies Showhome today.

We recently purchased a Look Haus INFILL. We visited countless infills and the overall quality of our home is amazing. We did our due diligence, and met with all the major infill players. They are NO fly by night! I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking to live downtown. My wife and I were impressed with the professionalism, their systems, how they explain features of the home, and how quickly they reacted to our questions! I would highly recommend buying from Look.

Poor service during the 1-year warranty. The concerns and issue brought up during the selling process and orientation were all ignored even they have been written down on the form. The warranty coordinator just assumes no issue or concern, and expect to close the warranty for grant ... I have a hard with talk to her and need lot of evidence to prove my stuff as seem she has nothing from the file .... The tolerance for fault seem protecting the build so much that they are run freely away from the issue without any problem. The quality of SOD is different low grade as I was told by my friend from the other community with the same build, and I can confirm that too. It is definitely not a joyful time to deal with Home by AVI team in the Griesbach Community. I have dead SOD and it was promised to be replaced, the contractor ONLY ask me about the pic and no update since then, so it let the summer pass by ... I have lot of nail pops from one of my drywall, and it seems they can only fix them but not covering repainting the wall ... I truly feel the so-call "1-year warranty" is just like a "scam" thing to fool the customers.

Good quality homes
