Home Builder

Gorgeous homes

Our family built a custom home with Kingsmith and we were blown away by the level of professionalism, and attention to detail the team provided throughout the process. We were super impressed with how engaged they kept us during construction and genuine care they showed towards helping us achieve the look we wanted and remain on budget. In the end our home was completed on time, on budget and with quality workmanship. I will definitely recommend Kingsmith to others for new builds or for renovation projects/ basement development in the future!

Albi is one of the best

The worst and most inept customer service makes me wonder if they have ulterior motives.

I bought from Janssen Homes last winter and the home is great. There have been no issues and I would recommend this builder to all.

Thanks for trying to run my partner off the road today. Your road rage really shined a light on your company. I will NEVER recommend nor employee this company. I really appreciate you deleting my Facebook comment, admit it and apologize for your reckless driving. This company clearly supports intimidation of women since that exactly what the driver of this vehicle. Class acts 👌👌👌

Awesome Team!
