Everything Sab C said below and then some. Zero concept of interior design with the décor person at Fandor. She has no clue about trends and home design and blames you for delays when she isn't corresponding. Her and her business partner are all about miraculously having a buyer for your home - for a cash assignment of course, when they back out, bam! Another buyer right behind him. Be careful with your agreement - only they can sell your home within 24 months of your purchase. Surprise! So they get commission on the front end, then again on the mandated sale with them, and then all split the cash assignment. The owner has now stepped back and the two sons are in charge. Hopefully they can change the culture and get rid of old school, corrupt brokers that give all reputable real estate agents a bad name. Stay away - the end product may be nice but dealing with the jokers here are frustrating. I am not the only one who feels this way - walk around the neighborhood and speak to people.
