Home Builder

I have nothing but good things to say about Bella Rosa Developments and more importantly, the owner Mike Edwards. This past summer we needed some restoration work done to our home and from the minute I called Mike, he was there to help. Not only did our house get refinished to it's original state, it was done in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Bella Rosa enough. They made going through a tough time a lot easier with their professionalism and reliability. Mike was there to answer any and every question along the way! Thank you so much again!

Gorgeous Homes

The owner is a gard ass but good work.

I have been dealing with the good folks at Falcon home for many years now. They are a top quality builder that looks after the needs of their clients! They are a big part of their community supporting various events. If you want a GREAT builder to work with Falcon Homes should be one of your first calls!

My husband and I were so impressed with the experience we had being first time home buyers. We were looking for a home that we can add to as our family grows, while also considering our budget and needs. We shopped around for a long time considering many different builders in the Central Alberta area, but no builder could compare with Krest based on their personable customer service and desire to include a customer's unique personality to a home. Krest considers each detail in a home, and adds the small finishing touches that can make a big difference. We love our home, and will definitely reach out to Krest again in the future when we need to upgrade. Thanks Krest!

I would strongly recommend Jennifer Belanger to anyone looking for a new home. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and great to deal with, she will always go the extra mile to make sure all of her customers are taken care of and get exactly what they are looking for.

Morris, Murray, Klaus and the rest of the team at Somerset are dedicated to ensuring the construction process is done to the highest quality and standard. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Thier knowledge of best building practices and products means they only use the best trades. Products that are normally upgrades come standard at this builder!

Small town living at its best.
