Home Builder

I live here, it’s awesome

Stay away this is a enethical builder. My house is drafty because doors and windows aren't properly fitted. Furnace has died multiple times in the first year because it was never installed properly. Avoid Avoid Avoid is the business philosophy at Briarwood

Great customer service! Would definitely buy my next from them again.

While I am legally forced to limit my rights to a full and public opinion until the New Home Warranty 120 repair period is completed. December. Once this is completed I will gladly share all my experiences with this builder. Suffice to say it will be extensive.

Don't buy anything from this "builder". No soundproofing, no proper insulation, cheap labor and materials.

If there was zero stars I would absolutely give that. I wish that my parents home was built by anyone other than Frank DeSutter. The three little pigs sure as hell would have done a better job than he did. My parents house was built by him, is only 20 years old and has countless problems already. The house is absolute garbage. Just like its builder.

He did a good job building my sunroom

Pete and his crew absolutely exceeded my expectations. I’ve been renovating this old house for some time now and I’ve had a lot of contractors in to do work and nothing compares to there attention to detail, you can really tell they take pride in there finished product. I’m so happy that we choose to go them, I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!! They provided me with soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, soffit lighting and they also built out the overhang.

Clean/trendy presentation centres and professional staff.
