Home Builder

They have terrible people they hire to do the building. Drunks and drug heads who have no respect for the neighborhoods they live in or their neighbors. I will never buy a home from them and will warn as many away from them as possible.

Excellent work done by professional contractor, builder and crew. My house was built with care and attention to detail. Very informative when it came to meeting certain timelines. Ongoing two way communication made the whole process very enjoyable and very pleased with the finished product. I would recommend Conlin Premier Construction to anyone who wants their home built by experienced people who know what is needed to meet your expectations.

We had them to do some dry wall and insulation repairs. Harold was great at helping diagnose the issue and their quote was reasonable. The guys that came in to do the work were very professional and covered everything so the was no mess. The results were perfect, I would use them again.

Great builder. Very caring

Beautifully built homes in Ingersoll. Impressed with the finishing touches.

Disaster of a builder! Stay away!

Fantastic quality homes.

Steve Tobey and his team are great to work with - helpful, knowledgeable of the latest trends and technology, ecologically oriented, and friendly. Their craftsmanship are all meticulous in their work resulting in outstanding products. We have been living in our new home for 3 years now and do not regret building with Tobey. Best builder in the region in my opinion.

They don’t like to pay there employees.
