Home Builder

Love my Grajen home, any problems and they're there to look after you.

Very pleased with Vanlagen's in every respect.

Delay Delay Delay... Don't buy from Empire. My house closing date was changed four times and still I don't know for sure when this builder will build my house. Worst customer service ever. Management has I don't care attitude.

World class service all the way! Just moved into Link Condos + Lofts and our suite was impeccable! Thank you to the Adi team for being so courteous and informative every step of the way during and after the buying process. The sales and customer service staff are knowledgeable and respond to any inquiries with prompt follow up! It was our first condo purchase as an investment, and happy to say we had multiple offers from tenants to rent our suite. Had an amazing experience at every stage. Not to mention we paid less than one month of occupancy fees and we are registering the condo! super happy with our purchase and highly recommend Adi!

Awesome

Bespoke installed a kitchenette to be used as a wet bar in our basement. Brent was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, friendly service and always available to answer any questions. He made us feel comfortable and we are very happy with the finished product.

Burlington & Oakville's #1 choice for a custom home builder! Owner operated - highly recommend

I purchased a townhome from Dawn Victoria Homes and could not be happier. The whole buying process was very easy from start to finish. The agents were very helpful and answered all my questions. I was really impressed with the selection at the Design Centre and was able to get what I wanted. The guys on site were great too and addressed any issue that I had. I would definitely purchase from this builder again.

These guys are so great when it comes to Fine Luxury Home designs and improvements.

We had the opportunity of working with Luca on one of his projects in Burlington. Luca kept the whole project transparent with good coordination between the trades & the customer that ensured smooth & timely completion of the project to the satisfaction of the customer. Our good experience has started off a relationship that we hope to keep for a long time into the future. Keep it up, Luca.

We contracted Rose Building Group for a multi-room renovation this summer. The project scope including flooring, two storey staircase, framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, trim, third party cabinets, painting and electric. Matt was recommended to us by our designer, who provided a list of master contractors who she had collaborated with on previous projects. We would recommend working with Matt and will use RBG without hesitation for future work. These were the key elements of our success with RBG: - Matt provided an itemized quote and workback schedule that showed far more attention to detail than his competitors. Pricing was clearly stated with estimates provided for subcontracted trades like electricians. - The RBG crew were friendly, professional, and considerate. They arrived at 8AM exactly, worked the full day, and left the house in the best possible shape - swept, vacuumed, and hung with plastic sheets to contain dust. This was important as we were living in a basement suite during the reno. - Despite a vendor issue that delayed work for 1.5 weeks, RBG finished the project on time per the original schedule. - Work was delivered exactly on budget, except where we had expanded scope. Where we underspent, the difference was offset / returned to us. - Most importantly, the final quality of this project is outstanding. As a carpenter himself, Matt has a keen eye for detail and called out any blemishes or defects to his crew. - Post project, RBG returned to our home several times to address the little issues that get noticed once you're back in the house for a while - paint, drywall defect, a chip on a baseboard, etc. Matt had people in the house within a couple days to address these issues right away. Were are very happy with our renovation and feel fortunate that we found a partner who got us through the process on time, on budget, and with outstanding advice and personal service throughout. I would highly recommend Matt and RBG.
