I bought this home with very high hopes. Right when my warranty was up my AC unit started giving me lots of issues and Any Hour told me that they either gave me a system with a leak or they didn't fill it all the way up with refrigerant. So that whole ordeal has costed me close to $1000 already. Also when they sold me the home the sales rep guy seemed to just tell me anything I wanted to hear in order to get the deal done. Many of the things he told me ended up being lies. Like now the HOA is requiring parking passes or your car will be towed. So now my family and I have to buy these parking passes that STILL don't even allow your car to be parked there in the visitor parking for longer than 12 hours. We never would have bought this home had we known this would be a condition. My friend did some work for Oleksyn Homes through a subcontractor “River Valley Concrete” (owned by Chris, the son of the owner of Oleksyn Homes) He a several other workers were never paid. We reported the problem to Oleksyn Homes and they did nothing to make certain these workers were ever compensated.
