I just would like to make a note here that the representative's approach had to be the same kindness for both potential home-buyers and non-buyers (because of the limited mortgage amount). Our experience was that she behaved as if we should stop asking question and go out of the model house.

I rented a unit from B.W. Conn Homes for several years before purchasing a townhouse. I love my home and Brian has been very helpful over the years. Highly recommend.

I loved the service I received. I bought a home from this company and the owner was amazing to deal with. Im not sure what the other reviewer means. My wife dealt with him a few times and the owner showed nothing but respect. Even during the final walk through I noted some issues. The issues were fixed within a day or two. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.
