Too expensive compared to others in line

We have owned and lived in a few rental properties and by far Brookfield orchards link is the worst. From the layout of the tight properties to the service. I advise any customers prior to considering these units, parking is one of the biggest issues. There are 100+ units in this location but five parking stalls for guests or residents living there. You are forced to park on the street. It is a tight congested area that is absolutely horrendous in the winter time.

The best customer service of any Builder I've visited. No pushy sales and quality of homes are transparently obvious. Whenever asked, I can't ever say enough great things about Cameron Homes.

Best home builder around!

The Gentry Homes team is great! They have done a few projects for me including a commercial renovation on a tight timeline in a historic building & two residential infills in Millcreek. They were always on the ball with all the trades and kept the projects on budget and on time. I refer them to everyone I know who needs a contractor and I can't say enough about them and their work ethic. Personally or through my business I would love to have them on any of my projects in the future.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Robby on one of his custom home projects . From phone call to price to go ahead for install of his roof no issues . The invoice was send and paid immediately. Great guy to work with and real easy and pain free to deal with . I am a busy person myself and have little to no time for none sense . Work for him any time .

The Homes by Sherbilt team was amazing to work with, always held a high standard of professionalism. This was our first build and had a multitude of questions, Darell and Nathan walked us through all of our questions and gave us adequate time to make decisions. The attention to detail and punctuality was outstanding from all the trades, the site was always left neat and tidy.
