They promise you the world during the buying process. We moved into our home in December with no stucco or a drive way.. It is now middle of August and our home is STILL incomplete and the seasonal work that they have had done keeps causing additional damage to the rest of our home. And that is just the beginning; Not impressed, will not be recommending.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Chalsey and Rachel with Hopewell! From the moment we met them at the opening of the new show homes, we instantly knew that we were going to work with them. They were so friendly, and even on their busiest day (the grand opening) they still took time to answer all of our questions and give us really honest and detailed answers about our inquiries. Once we decided to purchase it was truly the easiest experience ever. They have everything so clearly mapped down and have the whole process down to a science. While everything seemed to follow a pre-set flow, we truly still felt like it was a very personalized experience. It was always a fear of mine that once we bought a new home and they had our money that the level of service would decline - not with Chalsey and Rachel!! The whole experience has been so in-depth, tailored to our needs and informative. We have loved working with Hopewell as a whole and have already recommended them to many of our friends and family. Thank you Hopewell, Chalsey, and Rachel for making our first home building experience easier and less stressful than we could have ever imagined!

The showhome is very nice inside. I appreciate the options that this builder offers. It might not suit everyone, but I like these units.

Prefect service

We have had nothing but problems with prominent homes since purchasing in 2020. We have been pushed around, not responded to, ran around in circles with still no step in the right direction. To start we noticed issues before we even moved in and were promised they would be fixed, they have now pushed us to use Alberta Home Warranty after attempts to fix and verbal promises to fix and since it is past 1 year they will not fix it, Prominent homes has now stopped returning phone calls and ignoring emails This company will exhaust your mental health dealing with them. I would not recommend this company to new home builders or buyers
