I built a home with Morrison in Walker Summit, quite a few disasters, I got the Basement legal suite built by them for the hefty price of 65 grants,But they did not install any sound proofing between the upper and the lower level so we can hear what they speak an vice versa, secondly there is water pooling in the front of the garage and they tried to fix it with epoxy glue, its a cheap fix and I threw them out so that issue is still pending, the deck too had water pooling with I am waiting to see next summer, the painting contractor did a poor job too, The selection staff not very knowledgeable either I had asked in writing all bathroom half tile till just 4" above the sink but in the basement i had to pay 2500 just to take out the toilet an put the tile, the warranty staff at the front very arrogant just didn't take complains seriously they just behaved rudely, These were some things i had to face. Hope they get better staff to run the show.

I've put off writing this review until we've lived in our house for a few months. It's getting two stars because, for the most part, we like our house and the sales and building process was positive. Post-purchase has been a completely different customer experience than what we were primed for while building. We've had several issues go basically unaddressed until you complain about them on Twitter, and even then it took months to have some things fixed, while others are still unresolved. At this point, I think my wife and I wish we'd gone with a different builder because the experience overall has been pretty terrible.

Premium quality built Homes. Great after sales service and warranty. Very affordable prices and many sizes, layouts and designs to choose from. Selection studio has a wide variety of interior finishes to choose in standard.
