JTF has been fantastic from the start - the attention to detail has been second to none. They've achieved everything we could have imagined in our home.....looking forward to moving in!

Always polite and always on time. And are very helpful in quick situations, regarding all matters of heating issues.

Professional, prompt service. The only contractor that would offer to apply for building permits on your behalf for small renos. Highly recommend him.

Not a Customer …. YET We had the opportunity to meet Robert of Prasada Custom Homes. We are a young growing family, with a house is in a transitioning neighbourhood. Robert made an effort to learn about what we liked about our current house, and location. We discussed renovation, build, and sale options. We loved his friendly, open candid approach. It was fun discussing options and seeing some of the stunning floor plans available. We were surprised to hear a builder’s opinion of our lot and realistic ROI from a reno or build. We had our eyes opened realizing that a reno would be just for us, not a money maker. Even more surprising was that building our dream home, and equity would require us to move to a larger more desirable lot out of our neighbourhood. Robert didn’t take the easy root when speaking with us. We got the facts, and left the conversation feeling confident that his paramount concern was protecting our financial future. We hope to be in a strong financial position to work with Prasada homes in the future! Michael Mirski

My husband and I were so happy to move to Shelter Cove until you start having issues or request things that are on their site that entices you to move there, then you become irrelevant, non existent and talked down to. They don’t know how to treat their existing residents but can certainly talk you into buying one of the houses. In my opinion!!

Thorough and careful work, much recommended

We love our home in Village Creek! We are more than satisfied with the finishes and design of our new home. Any issues are resolved in a timely manner by their friendly and professional staff.

Not what we expected

Bought a new house from "Lyon's Creek - Lancaster Homes" 2 years ago. Builder associates made the process so easy and great experience from buying till the closing. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

We purchased a Lucchetta custom built home a few years ago as a resale and we are thrilled with what we own. It is very well designed and constructed with many inspiring elements throughout. The elegant finishes and thoughtful layout was what drew us to this house. Upon move in we only changed the paint colours because everything else was perfect. When we chose to renovate the basement our contractor described the home as having ‘great bones’. The builder thought about everything when planning this house using only quality products in their detailed craftsmanship. The windows are big and well made allowing bright, natural light to enter the open spaces. Rooms are nicely laid out and finished with elegant doors and trims. You will find a richness and unmatched style that we see in their new custom homes now being built. We are very happy with our investment and would highly recommend Lucchetta Homes to build your upscale, custom designed home.
