My wife and I are looking at options for purchase and stopped into the show suites. Staff were helpful allowing us to browse the suites at our leisure, then return for questions, "the run down" and sales info / materials. I liked the set up. To bad you can only tour the older models, not the new ones being built (I understand you can just build new show suites every time, and the sales staff is helpful in showing you the differences in the newer models). Overall a helpful experience.

Professional organization. Highly recommended. Had them finish our basement for us. Did things the right way (which not everyone does). Please consider them for any home based renovation, construction, new build etc.

We have lived in our Cardel condo at 20 Walgrove Walk se now for about 2 weeks. In a world of people not doing what they say, it is such a refreshing experience to sit in my new condo, where the builder did do everything that they said that they would do, on time, and without issues, i wanted to tell you about it. Brad and Mel on the sales side where just great, MIke and his construction team and customer support could not have been any better. We love our condo and how we have been dealt with. Ya it's really been great.

My wife and I bought a Calbridge home in Sunset Ridge and from the moment we walked into the show home, to the moment we took possession, the experience was simply fantastic. We searched all of the builders at the time and were struck by the quality of the homes Calbridge built, we could definately tell the difference as soon as we walked into the home. Leo and Linda were great and such a help throughout the process, especially as we were relocating from another Country so we were not able to just drop by anytime! Nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent. We would recommend Calbridge to anyone for their quality and the honest and open approach they take with you from the start - they don't hide anything and you feel you are building with someone you can trust.
