We bought a brand new home through this builder in Nolan Hill. The house was very dirty post posession. A lot of touch ups were needed which should have been taken care of prior to posession. Also, the paint used is very bad quality. Even trying to wipe with just a damp cloth has left visible marks on the walls. Also, the workers who came to do the touch ups were pretty unprofessional. In a nutshell, it hasnt been a very good experience.

I started the home buying process about two months ago, and every step of the way the Carlisle Group and its associates (Michelle Peesker, Paizley Millard) have been a delight to deal with. I ran into a few road blocks with the bank but Carlisle was extremely understanding and was always there to help when they could. I know the home buying process can be a nightmare, but this is a great group if you're looking to alleviate a little bit of the headache. A huge thank you to Michelle at the sales office, as she made the decision to buy a simple one. Not only is the sales team fantastic, but so is the building they're selling. I've now lived there for a week and I haven't noticed anything out of place. The construction seems to be quality, I haven't once heard one of my neighbours, and the building and its area always seems clean. If you're looking to buy a condo, you can't go wrong buying a Carlisle condo. If you're buying South Calgary, go see Michelle in Legacy, you won't regret it.

Just received a $5.5 million Special Assessment from our condo due to shoddy construction on one of Cardel Lifestyles buildings. They are refusing to fix it. Avoid them if you don’t want to lose tens of thousands of dollars.

Friendly and helpful staff ... before, during and after our possession. Great location with shopping and other amenities close by. Easy access to main roads.
