Home Builder

We have bought a few home over our life together but never a new build. We've heard from so many others on how frustrating and challenging buying a new home can be. Not so with our Silvergate Homes. The experience was seamless and i have to say stress free. Very professional and very accommodating making the process of home buying from start to finish so positive for us. Everyone was very helpful from Gail who helped us through the purchase of the home (and beyond) to Emma who added her great designing expertise. We also have to give a shut out to everyone that put so much time and hard work into building our home. Silvergate's team is what makes them stand out. They care about the home owner and what they build. It shows in the final product. Thanks Silverwood for making our new home experience a great lasting impression.

There are not enough stars to say how great this place is for their work. I have used them many times and will continue to. I have used another company once and the last and their workmanship does not compare as well as their service and friendly attitude.

We loved our small 125+ year old house but it was in dire need of updates and we had always wanted a larger family room and second bathroom. Rory, Catherine and the Build team guided us through the whole process, designing and building a wonderful addition while improving/refreshing the original structure and unifying the home in a harmonious and tasteful way. We certainly valued their professional yet personal approach, their aesthetic sensibilities and practical advice. Great experience!

He's da man...

Casey was very helpful and promptly took care of our water heater issue

Went here for a meeting. Nice space and good view of the pond.
