Home Builder

His rates are reasonable, the quality of work excellent, he really takes the time to do the job right. The other thing that really impressed me was the customer service. He was always early--for the estimate, for the first job, for the second job--and my calls were either answered by him, his wife, or promptly returned. That's no small thing for any small family business that works all over the city, let alone one as busy as theirs.

I can really say that this company provides the best plumbing services in this area. The staff is very customer oriented and the prices for their services are also very affordable.

I am very amazed with the repairs done to my garage door. Now it is fully functional. I am very glad to have worked with Guelph Garage Doors Care. Definitely the one to call for garage repairs. Very efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Great job!

Very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. The handyman we got from D & W Same-Day Handyman Stratford, did the job on time and the service was very affordable. I recommend D & W Same-Day Handyman Stratford to my friends and family.

This company is certainly the best fit for the job. When it comes to air duct cleaning or maintenance, I would highly recommend them to you. They could get the work done ASAP and their price rates are awesome!

I have tried cleaning my carpets on my own, but to no avail. I called Y.N.G Carpet Cleaner and the crew was here within the hour. They were very thorough and it smells as though I may be able to invite people into my home again! Thank you Y.N.G Carpet Cleaner for coming to the rescue.

You can really trust this company with any of your plumbing issues. Just yesterday our water heater was very messed up but the technician was very prompt and an expert with the job. Amazing work!

My husband had a difficulty in opening our garage door this morning on his way to work so I called Cambridge Garage Doors Repair for help and in less than an hour, Robert came!! I am truly amazed by his work and professionalism! Highly recommended!

While this builder might have good designs and layouts, their quality is sub-below par. I've had 2 complaints and while I "understand" that the met the building code, the quality of the material and craftsmanship is bad. With my 3 year old house, I've had mole along the window frames. They deemed it to be "condensation" but it happens to all my windows upstairs. Now, no more than 3 years after I've closed the house, there's signs of water leakage in the basement. When I called them, they said the crack has to be as wide as "fitting your hand" in. They classify that as "major structural defect". To me, ANY crack in the wall foundation should be considered a structural defect, especially if they're going to cover up the basement with insulation. This is a bad development and I would never buy from them again!

Amazing builder for custom homes!
