I purchased about a year ago from City Homes and simply think they are one of the best builders I've seen. The layout, location and especially the construction and sales experience was excellent. Can't say enough good things about them.

I love absolutely love Daytona Homes! I have purchased two homes from them in the past 4 years. Lorna and her team are professional, genuine and go the extra mile for you. We have never had any issues. I highly recommend this builder. If in the future we decide to move again, our third home will most definitely be a Daytona home!

Steven and I can not say enough great things about our renovation experience with Cal and the Crew from Home Style. The work they did is superb and has enhanced our home greatly. Cal was fun to work with and helped me in making the choices of cabinets, counters etc. very easy. We were maybe classed as a smaller job but we were made to feel very important. The Crew did such quality work, always on time, never left a mess and they liked our dog. We had a tight budget and Cal was always aware of that and he brought the whole project in under budget making sure there was a buffer incase I made any changes. This was such a wonderful experience I am already preparing for round 2 and look forward to working with them again. Allison and Steven MacLeod

After living here over the past year, I can confidently say that this is a quality build. I have no doubt that this house will serve me well over the years. The owner and staff of Impact (Ray, John, Gary, Jillian, Nicole and the countless tradespeople that put this house together) are the ultimate professionals and masters at what they do. I know how daunting and overwhelming it can be to filter through the world of home builders - I have learned through experience that Impact is a stand out.

We bought a home with Brookfield' in Riverstone just before Xmas , and the experience we had with Brookfields staff was extremely positive especially Luc Poirier if it wasn't for him I don't think we'd be living in this beautiful home , so thank you Luc you are amazing , they also provided virtuo a move in concierge they supplied awsome looking plastic boxes instead of cardboard they stacked so neatly and were so much easier to use , Robin Sherwood was awsome he got everything hooked up to my new home and supplied a moving company to help us move ,of course it was a little stressful because of the busy time of the year ,but between Robin and the brook field team it all worked out great . I would definitely recommend Brookfield to anybody .
