Built a new home for us in 2008. They used sub standard plumbers to install the plumbing ( I am sure to save money) had a number of issues with the plumbing. Had to pay a good plumber to repair. Brick work on outside of fireplace was not done properly. Some of the closet doors where not hung. Place was turned over to us not cleaned up inside. Our house is in Petrolia and it was like he was too busy at other builds to really care what was going on at our house. Would NOT recommend this builder

I can not begin to tell you how amazing our process has been. Every step of the way their team has always been very detailed. Every team member followed through with every promise they made. They always followed up quickly when ever we placed a call or an email into the office. They made the process very easy and not as over whelming as we though. Jackie in Customer Care is amazing. Hillary in the Design Center is extremely talented. Anthony is the man! Thank you Marrano Homes for making our dreams come true.

We built our home in East Amherst with Natale Builders after searching the area we found their staff and commitment to making a beautiful home very compelling.We have lived in our home for 3 years and everything is as wonderful now just as it was when we moved in .We could not be more pleased With our home and our community and we highly recommend this organization

Very nice development. Their clubhouse is nice and includes a kitchen, pool, and fitness center. Great for large parties that you can't accommodate in your house. We attended a party here and there was just enough room for 40 people. Nice TV for watching sports too.

I've read a negative post above and can only say they gave up too soon. Due to primarily outside forces and what seems to be "red tape" throughout the region, there have been several delays. In hindsight, I'm sure some of the frustration would have been avoided if we had better information going in, but all has been done according to the Tarrion agreement. Our interaction with Grant and John has been fine. Here is the thing. Location location location. Just talk to some of the neighbors and it removes any purchase regrets. We are delayed and waiting as patiently as possible. Are we frustrated? Absolutely! If I had any advice at all it would be. Do Not plan your move until your new home is almost ready for you to move in. Expect delays. Just plan for them. From what I have heard from friends this is very common in most areas in Ontario. Phase 3 is just around the corner....
