Home Builder

Excuses are all I am getting as to the completion of work done to get a 97 percent occupancy certificate..To date 210 thousand dollars has been given to the contractor Adrian and no more then 100 thousand has been put into the house..Upon a phone conversation he even admitted to having financial problems.. Be very careful and to your homework if you choose this contractor to do any work for you..All stated can be verified...

I will 100% reconmend Daytona to my friends and family, they are not just home builder. I like every moment all through the process and the house meet my specification. Thanks to Rebecca, Bryan and Destiny for their professional expertise. Every moment I spend in my home is lovable...

Easy to deal with, very reliable. Just purchased a home with them and their staff is quick to respond and handle anything that may come up. Plus, the house is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Definitely would recommend.

A quality builder

Great work you guys!:) Fast and professional!

A company for the people. They do a ton of pro bono work, support educational programs, promote higher education, take paid internships, care for the environment and are willing to take the time to personalize your experience.

Replaced windows in our older home. On time and as per original quote.

We had D & S Homes do a full renovation of our basement and the entire experience was incredible. The timeline that they set was very reasonable and project was even complete prior to date. Suggestions were given to enhance our space and quality of work is exceptional. We did not even have to leave our home while renovations were being completed. I would recommend this company for any renovation.

Westridge did a FANTASTIC job & we couldn't be happier with our reno! Their team is passionate about their jobs & went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. They were patient in explaining things to us & answering all of our questions. It's rare to see such teamwork nowadays & a group of people who clearly enjoy working together. They made our reno as stress-free as it could be. We truly trusted them & felt comfortable with their team! THANK YOU WESTRIDGE!!
