I had to do some job for my upcoming bussiness. These guys did a great job in tight timelines. They gave me best price as compare to the other quotes i got. Will recommend and hire them in future if i required.

Good customer service but they subcontract everything and cut costs on the finishes. The finish is very cheap and doesn’t last as long!

We purchased a Qualico Home in 2008 on 60th Ave Surrey and went with the upgrade appliance package which included a gas stove. At final inspection we noticed they had installed an electric stove and here's the issue , a Fridgidaire Microwave and fan.This set up had just passed inspection. When they realized they're mistake they called in a gas fitter and installed the gas oven but did not remove the microwave with its wimpy fan. We realized later that this would not meet code because of a lack of SCFM air suction. A proper hood fan should have been installed for the gas stove. Another issue is the poorly identified main breaker panel. It's a guessing game trying to kill the power to change a simple light switch in the bedroom. Though this is our fault we bought this house without any linen closet. It was called a computer corner instead. It's my belief that Qualico do not use very good sub contractors or at least back then. Other issues are nail pops in the drywall, if they had used screws this probably wouldn't be an issue. We paid a lot of money for this home at the time but all we got at best was an ok home nothing more.

Tut home construction has been a real pleasure to work with. We engaged them even before we purchased land and they were very helpful in helping us decide which plot to buy ( from a builders perspective) . The team is efficient and well managed and entire process is very smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home construction project.

Jason was fantastic in renovating my Whistler townhome. The quality of work, scheduling and price all came in where I had expected. His communication throughout the renovation was exemplary and he dealt with issues promptly. Renovations can be challenging and Jason made the whole experience as good as it could be. I would highly recommend his services.

We absolutely love our new Coval Home, it's the 2734 model. The best thing about our build was our Superintendent Brendan. He was on top of the build through out the whole process. We had a complex build due to the architectectural changes that we wanted and the flooring, cabinets, doors and fireplace upgrades. There were a lot of different things going on during our build that normally wouldn't be going on. Brendan never missed a beat, if I had any questions I would call him and he would explain it to me. Everyone at Coval Homes made my wife and I feel more like family members than customers from start to finish. I would recommending Coval Homes to all of my friends, family and anyone else that would like a new custom home built. They gave us a completion date at the beginning of the build and we received our keys three days before that date. Thanks Brendan and all of the great folks at Coval Homes.

Ryan and Ryan have been both professional and friendly. They have a great working relationship and know how to get work done. Talking is easy but they get the work done. We have done 3 projects with them so far and continue to be impressed by their attention to detail, communication and integrity.
