Home Builder

These guys were wonderful! Always listening to our ideas and concerns, and excited to make the cabin exactly the way you like it. We really love our finished cabin. Al really takes a lot of the fear out of the building process.

Nearly one year since I moved into my condo on Baltzan Blvd. Feels like home. Once the New north bridge opens...my drive to work will be easy! Thanks Innovative Residential!

Thank you for your excellent customer service

Very poorly ran company. Would not recommend this company to anyone .

Chad and his team have built some amazing homes for many of our clients! They have all said that they were amazing to work with.

I worked for Equinox Home Innovations for over a year and I look back on that employment with fond memories. I have never worked for a company that was more family oriented and when I was at Equinox I felt at home. I have never worked for better people than Ruben and Curt and I am very thankful to have worked so close with them throughout my time with Equinox. As a company I watched them grow and I was impressed again and again with their ideas, workmanship and relationships that they built with their clients. They really cared about their customers and that was apparent in every job that they did. They can be trusted to do a great job everytime. Day after day they went above and beyond for their customers as well as their employees. I would highly recommend Equinox Home Innovations to anyone.

With out question one of Saskatchewan's best home builders. Incredible attention to detail and has been providing acceptional value and a tremedous product for decades. True leader in Saskatoon and greater area!!

Get better customer service buying a $2 coffee. Buy a $400,000 house and they could care less. Avoid k w homes!

I could purchase the house in September 2014 with Jessica's help. I fell in love this house at the very first time so I decided to buy this house right away. The house was designed for the house owner's needs very carefully. I think that Royalty construction knows the trend and the quickly changing needs of the consumer. I am very pleased with this nice house and looking forward to make my yard beautiful in the spring.
