This is a review for the $45 lobster dinner. Let me just say it’s a disappointment. The setup looks worse than an old school cafeteria, very unprofessional Self-Serve coffee or orange pekoe tea or ice water. 2 buns with butter. Buns are hard and cold. We asked to have the buns heat up. The server told us they have no microwave oven or ovens. Can’t do. The frozen mixed vegetables were boiled at least an hour before serving. Cold and hard. I guess part of it is not quite properly defrosted. Potato salad - horrible. Tasteless. Clam chowder - average. Very small cup. 12 steamed mussels - no sauce. No lemon. Some are shells only. Ok fresh. Lobster - it’s about a pound and a quarter. Very fresh. Served with lemon juice and butter sauce. A bit over cooked Vanilla ice cream with one strawberry - tasty.

We loved it here, didn't want to leave! Cottages are very nice, comfortable and well kept. A shelf in the bathroom would be useful, but that's our only complaint! The people who run it are very friendly. There is a playground area for kids, volley ball net, basketball net, large open space to run and play. You can even walk over to the fence, where the cows will come running to greet you! The view is beautiful, and you can walk down to the water in a matter of a couple minutes. (This is the view from our front porch)

Sundance Cottages. Location right where we wanted to be. Cottage was clean and well maintained. Very kid friendly (playground equipment) but just essentially cottages surrounding an open field that would be brutally hot in high summer. Needs trees/flowers/ landscaping. Outdoor pool but water too cold to swim in in Sept. Management friendly and helpful. Housekeeping excellent. Gas grill provided. Plenty of plates + cuttlery. Large fridge and 4 burner stove. Excellent value.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Cottage are very clean. Lots of peace and quite. Close to all Anne Green gables related attractions.

Great little inn. Nice rooms, owner makes breakfast every morning. Really close to the water, short walk from some resturants.

I called to find out if they had anything available and the angry lady said , RUDELY - " no " and hung up before I could say another word. I recommend no one ever goes to this place ever again. Ive actually seen the insides of these places as well and they are sticky and gross like they have never been cleaned ever in history. If i could give a negative star rating I would. too bad we dont have more professional people dealing with these kinds of places. terrible terrible terrible.

We stayed july 16/17 to july 22/17 we are from Niagara falls ont. Buy born on the Island. We loved it from start to finish. Owners are so nice , cottages are adorable with all amenities. We will be back next year.

To Whom It May Concern: I have been a Customer of the Mulberry Motel in Summerside PEI for a great number of years, I have always enjoyed the service and affordable price as business costs have increased at a considerable rate in the past five years it is a great place to stay at a fair price not to mention a very helpful Staff. Wonderfully comfortable bedroom, spacious bathroom with a beautiful tub, gorgeous gardens, easy walking distance to town and places to eat, and exceptionally kind and considerate hosts make the Blue Jays Nest B&B the place to stay. We loved our time there with Rosie and Frank.
