Hotel/Motel

Room is decent and clean. Everything makes noise. The AC makes way too much noise at night. The bathroom fan makes way too much noise even the walls Creek by themselves at night. If your looking to just sleep it will do if you're on a budget.

Very expensive for an old room, was not clean and the bathroom smelled bad. Needs renovations, there is only so much the cleaning lady can do.

It's not fancy, but we found a good value. The owner was charming, knowledgeable and friendly.

Worst service ever and very dirty motel with bed bugs infested place stay away from here!!

A very unique hotel in a quiet town. Not much to do in Marieville (as pointed out to me by the Canadian border agent), but there are several places to eat within walking distance that are very friendly to non-French speaking tourists. I stayed in the Royale Suite. Great value for the money. Only suggestion to the owners, get a replacement TV for the bedroom - tube TV is a little dated. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Great hotel, has all the right ameneities. Staff is courteous and welcoming.

We got there quite late but they have already prepped the room for us which is pretty well organized. However after half shower the shower head stopped working means no water coming out at all. Room cleanliness doesn't meet any of our expectations. I could even say dirty as the carpet doesn't seem to get that much attention. Then next morning we got them to come fix the shower which is fine but the guy just rush into our room without knocking!!??? Then we went to had breakfast which we had it all inclusive with our room. I told the waitress there couple times she said the receptionist told her that so i had to go talk to them and had them fix this for us!! I mean location wise is not bad at all but the all these small inconvenience stuff we experienced are quite something!!????!!!!

Facil a trouver! Maison ravissante, chamtre confortable et personnes tres sympathiques! J'y retournerais avec plaisir!

Excellent accueil de Gilda! Maison extrêmement propre, rien à redire! On se sent comme chez nous!! Le déjeuner était excellent et très complet avec sa diversité! Nous y retournerions n’importe quand!!!

I really like the friendly feeling I got there, complete opposite of Motel Frasier. Fantastic service, great in premises restaurant, beautiful room.

Bel hôtel, service à l'accueil excellent et bon choix de déjeuner au restaurant. L'assiette à 4,75$ pour les enfants est parfaite avec 1 oeuf, rôties et 1 viande. On a eu un petit problème de stationnement qui n'a pu être réglé, mais pour le reste, satisfait dans l'ensemble.

Endroit charmant cependant très bruyant beaucoup d'achalandage sur la route 132 qui passe tout près.

Adoré mon experience au Seal Rock! Il n'y a pas la télé mais c'est parfait pour les vacances! XP Il y a du wifi alors si vous souhaitez vraiment restez connecter vous pouvez! C'est un endroit tranquille et la plupart des gens semble y etre de passage (Moi j'y suis restée une semaine) La proprio m'a traité comme ca propre fille et je ne peux que recommander la place! Situé sur une tres haute falaise :) pour les cyclistes se rendre dans le village de Percé rend environ 10-15 minutes et pour se rendre a l'Anse-a-beaufils c'est pas mal la meme distance mais un peu plus pentu ;) haha! Le motel Seal Rock est vraiment entre les deux villages. J'y retournerai avec plaisir! Je ne comprend pas les avis qui sont vraiment dur avec cet endroit... Pour ma part la chambre était tres propre et j'ai adoré le mini bain et le super cadran retro...! Aussi si vous regardez les reservations avec un site web et que tout semble reservé : Appelez! Souvent ce ne sont pas toute les chambres qui sont affichés sur les sites ;). C'est vrai qu'il faut allez chercher les clés a l'hotel-motel rocher percé qui est au village mais si vous etes en voiture je ne vois pas le probleme, ca prend 5 minutes ;).

As good as it gets for a 3 star hotel in Perce: excellent view w/balcony, large, clean rooms, reasonably priced, reasonable breakfast included. Wi-fi - terrible Full disclosure, the room we booked online was pretty terrible, but the staff was nice and patient until we found one that was great. Some rooms are pretty iffy.
