If I could give minus stars I would in a heartbeat. The absolute worst customer service ever. They never answer their phones and when they do you’re on hold for over an hour. So bad the it took over 12 days for a response and I had to go with another insurance company for subsidiary insurance. The manager Dean Shouldn’t be a manager for a lemonade stand much less a international company. They don’t follow protocols or rules at all, when you ask for a recording of a horrible call you had with them, they didn’t record it. Every time I’ve tried to communicate with them it’s like communicate with a brick wall, but the wall is more responsive. Even their head quarters doesn’t take complaints seriously.

After 6 years I decided to switch from this office and I'm saving $130 a month. They are scammers.

I have been with belairdirect for a few years now and I have been happy with their services up until about a month ago. My family and I moved from Bowmanville Ontario to Oshawa Ontario, 2 towns over from Bowmanville. Belaidirect raised my insurance as expected since I was moving to a larger city, BUT it was raised $35 a month. Not only was my insurance raised drastically, but my mothers insurance (she is also with belairdirect) lowered. When we confronted belairdirect about the price difference for two people with the same company who live in the same home, they simply could not answer our questions as to why my mothers insurance went down and mine went up. Belairdirect was no help, they could not back up their reasoning's as to why my insurance was raised so high and why my mothers had gone down when mine went up. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Called for a quote on my home and automobile insurance. Person on the phone was very helpful and patient as I gathered all my info. Got back to me with an awesome quote! I would definitely recommend Oracle!

The employees are unreachable at all - after three days leaving voice mails no one get back - when left a message to manager I got a call stating that why you are complaining. Very poor service.
