Helpful staff that can answer just about any question you have, and if they can't they will go the extra mile to get it for you.

We had no issues with Bewiser until after we cancelled our policy, in September 2015 my partner called Bewiser and cancelled our insurance 2 months before the end of our policy, 3 months later Bewiser took 2 payments from my bank account. After calling the company it turns out they not only never cancelled our policy but renewed it for another year. We explained that we had cancelled in September and also not received any letters about the policy being renewed, the person on the phone that went on to say that we had not only never cancelled but never contacted them. We spoke to 3 different people and to say the staff were unhelpful would be a understatement, they were never interested in what we had to say, were in my opinion rude and often contradicted each other. We was told we could cancel our policy but we would have to pay £ 400 and odd to do so!!!!! I told the person on the phone that I wanted to make a formal complaint and would like someone to call me within 5 days and did not want any contact via email. I never received a call, just a email shortly after the call to say we needed to pay a cancellation fee. 8 weeks later we received a short email to say they had looked into our complaint and found that we owed them the money for the cancellation fee. Since then my partner has been in contact several times with their complaints department. At the same time we have been continuously contacted by another department for the payment, annoyingly the amount we owe them in their emails continue to change and often include threats of passing our 'debt' onto a third party. We are currently making a formal complaint through the financial ombudsman and was assured by the person in Bewiser's complaints department that he would pass that information on so we are not continually being harassed for money so you can imagine our annoyances that we have been contacted 4 times in the last 2 days via phone (funny how no one can call to discuss your complaint but they are happy to phone you to take your money). Whether Bewiser are in the wrong or not the financial ombudsman will decide however just by the way this company have treated and continue to treat us and how rude and unhelpful all the staff we have spoken to have been means we will never recommend them and I for one will be happy to tell everyone I can how they treat their customers.

I recently baught a new car was told by my insurance broker my price was going up nit by a little either. I called Bevan delta with a broker named Mike and he found me insurance that saving me almost 50 dollars a Month! Close to two car payments a year . On top of that he got me better coverage and lower deductible. As well Mike coulburn went above and beyond and took care of everything with the car dealer ship for me well I was at work. Excellent brokers who truly care about getting you the best insurance at the best rates and ones you deserve

Great service

I would never use this card again if I could. Online access doesn't let to log in, stating the password is wrong (triple-checked), then it says the user code is wrong and showing error. You have to call them and resolve this every time you log in and there is an unknown error. The least useful account and the worst online service in Financial.

Not willing to help us understand the coverage of our house policy that they brokered. Communication is slow and without response sometimes. They "do not get involved in claims" so beware, once they sell you a policy you are on your own! If you're looking for good customer service, avoid AIM.

Did not pay dividends interests, keep accumulating and increasing the monthly payments, truly do not care about their customer who don't have a few thousands to invest. I am stuck with them because Clarica bought out La Métropolitaine then Sun Life bought out Clarica. No way I would deal with them otherwise. Predictions were I would have $100k in 10 years and 25 years later it's costing me $ 94.00 per month for a 50k life policy and rest assure they will continue increasing it.

A tree fell on my house pucturing 4 holes in the roof... would not recommend their response

If there zero rate I will do give them I have bad experience with allstate after I cancelled my policy which was too expensive they give penalty 387$ + 70 so the total of first month was 850$
