Mallory Insurance is everything I look for in an insurance broker. They are professional, have excellent rates, are extremely knowledgable and most importantly, a very friendly group of people. They offered me suggestions that my previous company never mentioned. I feel like family when I walk in there. I am very happy in every way and I highly recommend them!!!

Jim has always gone the extra mile to help me with my insurance needs. He came through in a pinch for me many years ago for my boat insurance and has been my first call since. Robin is a great agent as well.

I would have to say that I have got the worst customer service I have ever got with this company one they wanted to charge $2000.00 more then other company's. I have had insurance with them for a few years and when my plan was running out they sent me a email to remind me I sent back a question asking when and nothing no email or response so my insurance expired, Then I was told to find a different insurance company after mine ran out and I was driving with none since it was the weekend. Nice service, not. Instead of trying to make me a happy customer they were totally rude. If you want better rates and better service contact a different insurance company you will get better service then this company that for sure and likely a better rate as well.

Melanie is our financial advisor since 2010. Melanie listens to what we need. She regularly keeps us updated on our investment performance. She provides her best financial advice by keeping herself up to date with related courses, seminars and carefully monitoring the fund managers. She plans ahead for course adjustments to our profile. She secures our agreement by clearly explaining the reasons for moving funds without talking over our head. Her pleasant personality leads to sharing our life experiences and happenings with each other.

Just hope you don't get in an accident. Torn muscles in a shoulder? Psh don't worry about it. You'll be fine. We will approve you for the minimum treatment allowed and then deny you despite proof that the tear still exists. Absolutely terrible.

The staff were very knowledgeable and caring. I have metastatic cancer and the staff were very helpful in obtaining travel insurance for me. It has been marvelous to be able to travel outside the country. I am about to use them again this tear.
