Albert Saikaley is a fantastic broker. He has been my "go to guy" for almost a decade. Every year the price is right for my business insurance and he gets me quality insurance with an A rated company. Any time there has been any sort of incident he goes to bat for me and supports me fullly. You cannot go wrong with Albert and PBL.

Some brokers there may care about their clients - but it feels like the one who was handling my car accident claim was just shuffling paper. I called in a claim after a car accident wrote off my car on Friday morning, and four days later my insurance provider still hadn't phoned me. After a frustrating day trying to get a hold of someone the best I could figure out was a clerical error resulted in my claim languishing in limbo - where it would likely be today had I not spent an aggravating afternoon chasing people. The insurance company didn't even know an accident had occurred. This may have been a simple mistake, but for an organization whose day-to-day operation involves dealing with claims it's very surprising to learn that following up to ensure clients claims are being processed isn't a given. I cannot recommend this business - at least not without a warning that customers may wind up chasing the insurance providers on their own.

There is no way to talk to a person at this office, tried every possible way, it is complicated to get their fax number, on google!

I love the opportunity to be able to drop off my claims directly in the Sun Life drop off box in the lobby. You actually go after hours and ring the security from the front door buzzer and they will allow you in to drop off your claim. Also worth noting is that the picture in the Google header is incorrect. It is showing the Sun Lufe building in downtown Ottawa. They have moved from there since and are at the Preston Street location now.

They are cheaper in some cases but when you need them you're pretty much left high and dry. Had an accident, and was pretty much left to fend for myself. Seems to be most people's experience on here.
