Kitchens/Bathrooms

Excellent quality great prices

We recently worked with Modern Build Home Remodeling on our bathroom remodel, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, the team was easy to communicate with and took the time to understand what we wanted before getting started. They helped us with some of the design decisions and made sure the details were handled properly throughout the project. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and kept the work area as clean as possible. The finished bathroom looks beautiful and feels like a completely different space. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Modern Build to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

Had an great experience with tilertech. They completed our bathroom and kept us in the loop every step of the way, we had a late start but when they started it was absolutely bang on thank you and we look forward to our kitchen in the winter getting done by them as well. 2 thumbs up GREAT JOB GUYS

Paul and team handled very well what was a complex gutting and rebuild in a high rise condo. They built custom trollies to wheel materials in and out and respected security protocols and other residents. The job was well communicated, high quality and really was a stress free experience for us even though it was our first time renovation. It was more than a reno though as it was a demolition and interior house build. Their professionalism lead to maintenance work for the building itself! They’ve been back many times, working for the condo association.

Delivery dates promised are not even close to when you will receive your order. The guys working here won't help you if you order from them. God help you if you ask for a refund because they don't deliver on their word. Was told my bed would arrive in a week, website said 5-7 day turnaround. Had one of their employees tell me I was insane for believing them when they told me the delivery time and that the website (Kijiji) said 10-14 day turnaround (it said 5-7 when he pulled up the ad, he changed it right after). He also told me the warehouse they use closes at 3pm so he couldn't get me answers. The guy I dealt with originally is decent but the issue is the wait times compared to what they tell you. If I could give it zero stars I would. Avoid this place entirely.

We've used Independent Bath for three renovations now; first class workmanship. We love our two bathrooms and kitchen.
